Position Summary:

This position is onsite at our headquarters in Tampa, FL; however, remote or hybrid work would be considered for the right candidate.

We are looking for a React Developer with a solid background in healthcare applications, EHR languages, and HIPAA-compliant data security to join our team.

This role is more than just coding; Levo Health needs a React Developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. As part of Levo Health’s development team, you’ll help customers overcome their most difficult challenges.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js.
• Design and implement user-facing features for our healthcare applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Stay up-to-date with technical trends and suggest solutions.
• Implement security and data protection in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Knowledge of cloud-based server infrastructure like Azure, AWS & Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of document database design like MongoDB.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Strong knowledge of EHR languages like FHIR/HL7.
• Proven understanding and application of HIPAA-compliant data security.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is mandatory.
