Position Summary – Account Executive
Levo Health is searching for a highly organized and dynamic Account Executive to oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, including key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and the seamless delivery of advertising campaigns in a fast-paced environment. This role demands exceptional multitasking, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for operational improvements. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for advertising, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a flexible setting.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, facilitating the creative process, recommending advertising solutions, and ensuring the seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities – Account Executive
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the creative team, fostering strong relationships to ensure a successful partnership.
- Manage and oversee client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Conduct daily and weekly meetings to review project statuses, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure team alignment.
- Initiate new projects, create comprehensive timelines, and secure client approvals.
- Take ownership of client dashboards and account-specific reporting, ensuring transparency and ongoing communication.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop advertising strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications – Account Executive
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an advertising account executive, preferably within an advertising agency environment.
- Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques.
- Strong budget management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with creative teams.

- Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising methods, including digital platforms.
- A proactive approach to creative projects and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints.
