Position Summary:

LEVO Health is looking for an optimistic, passionate, and dedicated Video Production Intern with strong videography and video editing skills to join our team in South Tampa. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing healthcare-focused full-service digital marketing agencies in the country and an ideal role for a film, marketing, or advertising student.

LEVO Health uses videos to help humanize physicians, treatments, and medical conditions in order to help nurture and educate past, current and prospective patients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable assisting our video production team both in and out of surgery centers, doctors’ offices, and hospitals. If interested, our video production interns can assist in filming routine and complex surgical operations.

All student candidates should be currently enrolled in a college, university, or technical school. Internship candidates should display strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as ingenuity and an eagerness to learn. Candidates must also possess excellent computer skills and an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

This is a credit-based internship with a time commitment of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Have proficient knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Motion, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in managing on-site and off-site video productions
  • Prepping studio or location for video shoots
  • Setting up cameras and lights
  • Some animation and motion graphics skills
  • Good understanding of rhythm and editing
  • Able to interpret storyboards and show a willingness to learn how to create storyboards
  • Good knowledge of video formats
  • Basic knowledge of sound design is a bonus
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus
  • Motivated and organized work ethic
  • Works well with others and enjoys collaborative projects
